The Library has very limited numbers of the 1040 and 1040-S Federal Income Tax instructions and forms. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis and we ask that patrons limit themselves to one of each. As in the past, we do not have MN State forms as those are all found online now or by calling and having them sent in the mail.
